Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return and we'll send instructions. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — then we cover it. Opened first-aid components can't be returned unless defective.
